Opus Labs ("we", "us", "our") is committed to providing a fair experience for all users. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Nature of Services

All purchases on opuslabs.in are for instantly delivered digital services, including but not limited to UPSC Analytics access, premium features, PYQ Mixer test credits, and subscription plans. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted.

Refund & Payment Issue Requests

If you experience a payment issue, billing discrepancy, or believe a charge was made in error, you may raise a support request through one of the following channels:

  • Telegram Helpline Bot: Reach our support team directly at t.me/upscanalyticshelpline_bot for the fastest response.

  • Support Ticket: Submit a support ticket from your user profile under Settings.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will assess the situation and get back to you as soon as possible. Resolution may include account credit, plan extension, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by Opus Labs.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • Auto-renewal will stop after cancellation; you will not be charged for the next cycle.

What to Include in Your Request

When raising a support request, please provide:

  • Your registered email address or username
  • Transaction ID or Razorpay payment reference (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Processing

  • In case of any resolution approved by Opus Labs, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Any credit will be applied to the original payment method used for the transaction (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking via Razorpay).

Exceptions

  • Free-tier services do not require cancellation as they incur no charges.

  • Promotional or discounted purchases may have separate terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may raise a dispute with your payment provider. We will cooperate with any such dispute resolution process.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
